Indigo Class

Welcome to Indigo Class's page! We are a Year 3 class with 29 pupils altogether. Our class teacher is Miss Hollick. We are supported by Mrs Irving, our HLTA. Our school governor is Rachel Ferraby.

Due to school closures, home learning tasks have been sent home. For the first 2 weeks, they will have the home learning tasks to do as well as online learning. It will then be Easter and they have 2 weeks off as usual. After this, there is a further 1 week of home learning and an activity book for week 4. After week 4, home learning will be emailed out and available on the website. Feel free to contact me on indigo.class@victoria-jun.leeds.sch.uk. All of the children have an email address and password in their home learning books.

Scholastics is a great website that we have signed all the children up for. It is another online platform for children to access books as an alternative to bug club. They have been sent their log ons to their email addresses. URL: https://educator-slz03.scholasticlearningzone.com/slz-portal/#/login3/GBR5CFV

The BBC have teamed up with the Department for Education to create a set of lessons. Click here to view the timetable for the week commencing 20th April. Scroll to page 3 for year 3 work and then head to the website to begin your learning.

If you would like to do further learning, the children have learnt about:

  • History/Geography (Stone Age and Ancient Egypt)
