Red Class

Red Class are a Year 5/6 class taught by Miss J Aveyard and Mr J Broadbent.

We are supported by Miss Knight and Miss Khan 

There are 28 children in the class in total - 15 Year 5 children and 13 Year 6 children.

Maths

In Maths we are working on Problem Solving acorss different contexts.

English

In English we are basing our work around the Marcus Sedgewick novel, Floodland. 

Topic

Our topic is Scandanavia

PE

The following PE times should be noted:

Monday pm   Mr Broadbent  

Wednesday pm  Miss Aveyard

Please ensure that your child comes to school on these days in their PE kit and trainers. PE will be outside for the first half term. 

Homework

Will be set online through Google Classroom and will run Friday to Friday. It will consist of English and Maths (which will be set by the maths group teacher) where details of each task will be on Google Classroom 

Please ensure that your child is reading at home too.
