Rothwell Victoria Junior School is a ‘Good’ school in South Leeds.

Rothwell Victoria Junior School is looking to appoint a highly motivated inspirational and enthusiastic teacher with high expectations of pupil achievement and the ability to make a real difference to children’s learning. This appointment is for 1 academic year from September 2024.

We are seeking to appoint a KS2 teacher who:

• ·         is an outstanding practitioner
• ·         is hardworking and creative, with a cross curricular approach to learning
• ·         delights in making learning fun, relevant and purposeful
• ·         believes in inclusive education and is determined that each child achieves the very best they possibly can
• ·         is committed to working as part of a team to maximise pupil learning
• ·         has excellent classroom management skills and high expectations of behaviour
• ·         is positive, caring and takes time to listen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a curriculum subject, please indicate your area of expertise within your application form.
